Frequently Asked Questions:
A- CarSaturn was founded in 1992 to service, repair and restore salvage vehicles to road-worthiness. Over the past decade we have established a professional network with local Saturn dealers to provide exceptional service and knowledge in these fine vehicles. Countless certifications, achievements, merits from Saturn and SATISFIED customers have solidified us as the premier service and parts dealer.
A- Here at CarSaturn we believe good is the enemy of great. After changing numerous intake manifolds on SL’s we realized there had to be a better way to serve our customers with a problem created by Saturn. Mechanical engineering degrees, lab testing, hours of field testing (not to forget hundreds of can of redbull) we created a patent-pending solution to a common problem. Good was replacing the intake manifold, great is fixing the problem!
A- This CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) part has been tested for over ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND MILES! before it was even available for sale to the public.
We have hundreds of reviews raving about the precision and fit, along with $ savings.
A- Absolutely not. As shown in the second video, the “Z” pattern is not broken up- therefore the integrity is not changed. Also, a second bolt hole is uncovered in the process to securely fasten the part. Rumor in the shop is that Saturn knew of this problem and left the future hole covered for a later fix but never got around to it.
A- Yes and no. If you buy if from the used parts dealers you will buy something that WILL crack in the SAME spot if it has not done so already. Remember- a hairline crack may not be visible to the naked eye, but can fail once the engine heats up. GM/Saturn dealers no longer manufacture this intake manifold so the few remaining on the selves will be gone soon- along with the $400+ price tag.
A- Anyone can install this after watching the two videos within a few hours saving lots of $$$!

I had to replace the intake manifold gasket as it was leaking radiator fuild. Since I had to replace the gasket I decided get this part and save me a possible repair later. Installed with ease and it has been one week so far with not even a drop.
Thanks well worth the $80 as the repair shop wanted 3.6 hrs x $95/hr labor just to repalce the $20 gasket.
